On the afternoon of October 14th, a delegation of 8 people led by María Angélica Fellenberg, President of the College of Agriculture and Natural Systems, UC Chile visited SAAS. Vice president Zhao Zhihui received the guests.

Vice president Zhao welcomed the delegation and introduced the basic information and scientific and technological innovation achievements of our academy. He expressed his hope that through this exchange, the agricultural scientific and technological achievements of SAAS could be demonstrated and promoted in South American along with the "Belt and Road" initiative. He also hoped that this meeting would lead to in-depth exchanges and sharing of experiences to find entry points for cooperation.

President Fellenberg made a brief introduction to the College of Agriculture and Nutural Systems. The university values agricultural technology innovation and environmental scientific research and pays high attention to global issues such as climate change. At the meeting, both sides agreed with further cooperation in the fields of talent training and agricultural scientific and technological innovation in the future.
