From July 1st to 3rd, the icRS Cities 2019 International Academic Forum was hosted by the University of Adelaide in Adelaide, Australia. More than 300 experts and scholars from more than 30 countries and regions around the world attended the forum. Jia Ma, from the Information Research Institute of Science and Technology, SAAS, was invited to the conference and gave an academic report entitled “Research on the Coupling Mechanism for Farmland Transfers and Mortgages”. She exchanged opinions with the participants in the area of sustainable use of rural land resources.

The topic of the icRS (Internation Conference on Resource Sustainability) in 2019 revolves around “city”. The role of resources in the sustainable development of cities was deeply discussed. The forum provides an excellent platform for the exchange of the latest ideas, results and practices of sustainable development of resources. Through enthusiastic exchanges and discussions with experts, the academic vision of our scientific and technical personnel of the Academy was broadened, which laid the foundation for future international exchanges and cooperation as well.
